I have a business account through my company, but whenever someone sends me a download link to a bunch of files, most of the time, trying to download the entire folder at once fails.

Why is this? And why isn't there a way to select multiple files to download in the web browser? Two recent examples: a folder with video files. It totals just over 20 GB. I don't want to save it to my dropbox, I just want to download the files. So if there's a 20GB limit for the folder, there's no way to select a few files at a time.
