I have a business account through my company, but whenever someone sends me a download link to a bunch of files, most of the time, trying to download the entire folder at once fails.
Why is this? And why isn't there a way to select multiple files to download in the web browser? Two recent examples: a folder with video files. It totals just over 20 GB. I don't want to save it to my dropbox, I just want to download the files. So if there's a 20GB limit for the folder, there's no way to select a few files at a time.
I have to click on each individually and it opens to a new page, then click on the download button. There's even no way to right-click on each file to download.
Then you won't get the "download button" in the web interface. What I'm trying to do is take the files off Dropbox and save them on a hard drive.
