The soundtrack takes the fun to another level. There is not an incredible graphic improvement of Vice City Mobile compared to its predecessor, but there is more excellent care with the design of the characters, scenery, and textures.
The general scenarios are clearer — a positive aspect in the case of a city that alludes to Miami — and the lighting is quite impressive. As in previous versions of the franchise, in Vice City, it is possible to carry out extra missions to collect money, working as a taxi driver, delivering pizzas, carrying out tasks for specific groups, or completing the classic rampages — missions that consist of killing a certain number of people in a limited time and using a particular weapon.
Another way to get money is to rob stores. To do so, just point a gun at the head of your respective employee. There is yet another way to earn money, and, oddly enough, it is through a lawful means.

This time however, instead of a console being porting to a handheld, it's the other way around. Although this does create some issues with some gameplay features and obviously the graphics, most of the rest of the game survives intact. Fortunately most don't play GTA for the story anyway, but there are a few other issues to consider.
First, the combat still has a few kinks that can become troublesome such as firing a gun at point blank range, the graphics look like a port from a handheld, and there's little new gameplay wise. However, this gameplay formula has been a huge success for some time so it's hard to argue with tweaking it, but still it is ageing. Browse games Game Portals.
